Our Fees

Here at Newton & Co, we pride ourselves on honest and open communication, that’s why we are upfront about all of our sales fees. We don’t hide behind extra costs or miscellaneous charges, we believe that you deserve a valued service, which is why we promise to tell you exactly from the outset how much moving properties is going to cost you.

We understand that these days it takes a lot more to sell your house than just putting an advertisement in the newspaper, that’s why our marketing efforts go the extra mile to ensure your house gets the maximum amount of exposure among the right buyers.

EPC will be charged at £75 (inc VAT) and must be lodged within 14 days of marketing your property.

“I’ve recently appointed Newton & Co estate agents to find tenants and manage my properties. The proprietor Sam Newton’s service is excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble – he is always happy to go the extra mile. His “can do” approach and enthusiasm has been a great help on so many occasions! I positively recommend this company.”

At Newton & Co, delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Moving house can be a stressful time for everyone, which is why we we’ve tried to make the task as smooth as possible. Sometimes you just need someone to talk you through the process, unlike many estate agents who shut their doors at 5pm, we have a dedicated team on hand to put your mind at ease from 8am to 8pm. We will also provide accompanied viewings during evenings and weekends, and we can even arrange an open house event if required.
